Iβve been training cross-functional and strength for a while, but I tracked progress either partially or not at all. I couldβve used other apps, but I was missing an all-in-one β and thatβs how the idea for Barbell was born. Timers, maxes, hero WOD times, plus monitoring of health metrics and things like sleep. Now I just open the app I spent two years building after hours :)
Part of the app is free; the rest is behind a small subscription (monthly or yearly).
The app is currently fully translated into Polish and English. Weβre working on adding support for more languages.

Absolutely not! The app ships with ready-made training programs β you can train solo or with a coach. That said, itβs always worth getting advice from a professional β movement is health, but itβs best to perform every exercise with perfect form.
Apart from the WOD results you choose to publish, all your data in the app is completely private.
