Who is behind this

I tried to remember my results, sometimes jotted them in a notebook, or just forgot about them.

I’ve been training cross-functional and strength for a while, but I tracked progress either partially or not at all. I could’ve used other apps, but I was missing an all-in-one β€” and that’s how the idea for Barbell was born. Timers, maxes, hero WOD times, plus monitoring of health metrics and things like sleep. Now I just open the app I spent two years building after hours :)

Part of the app is free; the rest is behind a small subscription (monthly or yearly).

Which languages does the app support? +

The app is currently fully translated into Polish and English. We’re working on adding support for more languages.

Which devices are supported? +

iOS (iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch) at launch. Android version is on the roadmap.

Do I need a coach to use it? +

Absolutely not! The app ships with ready-made training programs β€” you can train solo or with a coach. That said, it’s always worth getting advice from a professional β€” movement is health, but it’s best to perform every exercise with perfect form.

Are my results private? +

Apart from the WOD results you choose to publish, all your data in the app is completely private.
